Step 2: Assemble the Pitta
  1. Split the pitta bread into two halves.
  2. Fill with sliced chicken, onion, and tomato.
  3. Top with 60 g cheddar cheese and drizzle with barbecue sauce.
Step 3: Heat the Pitta
  1. Place the stuffed pitta under a grill or in an air fryer for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Serve the warm cheddar chicken pitta with crispy fries on the side.
