Step 1: Prepare the Fries
- Cook the Aldi skin-on fries according to package instructions (air fryer or oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until crispy).
Step 2: Assemble the Pitta
- Split the pitta bread into two halves.
- Fill with sliced chicken, onion, and tomato.
- Top with 60 g cheddar cheese and drizzle with barbecue sauce.
Step 3: Heat the Pitta
- Place the stuffed pitta under a grill or in an air fryer for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 4: Serve
- Serve the warm cheddar chicken pitta with crispy fries on the side.
