Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Prepare Peaches
  • Pour peaches with syrup into a 9×13-inch baking dish. If using fresh or frozen peaches, add 1/2 cup sugar or syrup to mimic the sweetness.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
Step 3: Add Cake Mix
  • Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches. Do not stir.
Step 4: Add Butter
  • Arrange butter pats evenly over the top of the cake mix.
Step 5: Optional Toppings
  • Sprinkle nuts, nutmeg, or brown sugar on top if desired.
Step 6: Bake
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
Step 7: Serve
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, plain, or with vanilla ice cream.
