Instructions

Step 1: Make the Batter
  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed pineapple and chopped strawberries gently to avoid overmixing.
Step 2: Air Fryer Method
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Grease and line a loaf pan or small bundt pan that fits inside your air fryer.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  4. Air fry for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Cool completely before slicing.
Oven Method (Original)
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Prepare a loaf pan or bundt pan as above.
  3. Bake for 70–75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool before serving.
