Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks or strips.
  2. Season generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in Velveeta cubes, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
  1. Add the cooked chicken back into the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Toss cooked linguine with the cheesy Cajun Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
