Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Breading
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a second bowl, add beaten eggs. In a third, add panko breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken
  1. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and coat in panko.
  2. Lightly spray coated tenders with olive oil.
Step 4: Air Fry
  1. Arrange tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp (internal temp: 165°F).
Step 5: Make the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 6: Toss & Serve
  1. Toss crispy chicken tenders in the honey butter garlic sauce until coated.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
