Step 1: Cook the Sausage
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Step 2: Assemble the Crescents
  1. Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  2. Place a spoonful of cooked sausage and a sprinkle of mozzarella onto each triangle.
  3. Roll each one tightly into a crescent shape and arrange in the baking dish.
Step 3: Add Toppings
  1. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top for extra cheesiness.
Step 4: Bake
  1. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  2. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
