Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Tortellini
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
  1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream.
  2. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add Velveeta cubes, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine
  1. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  2. Top with shredded mozzarella and stir until melted.
Step 5: Serve
  1. Plate tortellini with Cajun Alfredo cream.
  2. Arrange garlic Cajun chicken on the side or on top.
  3. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
