Ingredients
For the Gluten-Free Crust:
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 3–4 tbsp ice water
For the Quiche Filling:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for creamier texture)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
- ½ cup cooked bacon or diced ham (optional)
- ½ cup chopped spinach, broccoli, or bell peppers
- ¼ cup diced onions or green onions
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
