  1. Heat about ½ inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot and shimmering.
Step 2: Prepare the Coating
  1. In one bowl, whisk together the eggs and ½ cup milk.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3: Coat the Chops
  1. Dip each beef or lamb chop into the egg mixture, then dredge in the seasoned flour.
  2. Press lightly to make sure the coating sticks well.
Step 4: Fry to Perfection
  1. Fry chops for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F / 63°C).
  2. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
Step 5: Make the Turkey Bacon Gravy
  1. In the same skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  2. Add butter to the drippings. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in 2 cups milk, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the crispy turkey bacon pieces.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy
  1. Pour the creamy turkey bacon gravy generously over the fried chops.
  2. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, biscuits, or roasted vegetables.
