Step 1: Make the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1–1.5 hours).
Step 2: Prepare the Peach Filling
  1. In a small saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla, and cornstarch.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until thickened (about 5 minutes). Let cool completely.
Step 3: Roll Out the Dough
  1. Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
Step 4: Add the Fillings
  1. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
  3. Spoon the cooled peach filling evenly over the cinnamon sugar layer.
Step 5: Shape the Rolls
  1. Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  2. Slice into 12 equal rolls and place in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
Step 6: Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and pourable.
