  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree.
  2. Stir until fully blended and smooth — no need for eggs, oil, or water!
  3. Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
Step 3: Bake
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
