- 1/2 cup lump crab meat, drained
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped (plus a few whole shrimp for topping)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
