  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped (plus a few whole shrimp for topping)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
