Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter. Roll out the croissant dough and press each piece into the muffin cups, forming a deep well to hold the filling.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until the filling is creamy and well combined.

  3. Spoon the seafood filling into each dough-lined muffin cup. Place one whole shrimp on top of each cup for garnish. Brush the exposed dough with the beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish.

  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the croissant dough is puffed and deep golden brown and the filling is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with extra parsley, and serve warm. Enjoy these seafood-filled bites as appetizers, brunch items, or party snacks!
