Instructions


  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat the heavy cream until just beginning to simmer, then pour it over the chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Mix in condensed milk if using.

  2. Prepare clear dessert cups. Add a layer of sliced strawberries to the bottom of each cup.

  3. Spoon a layer of chocolate ganache over the strawberries. Add crushed biscuits or cake crumbs if using.

  4. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a smooth chocolate layer on top.

  5. Garnish with chopped pistachios, mint, or decorative sprinkles. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best texture.
