Add the mixed salad greens to a large serving bowl. Scatter the pomegranate arils evenly over the greens.
Top with crumbled feta or goat cheese, toasted nuts, and sliced red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
