Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) and line the basket with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and shredded cheese until a soft dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and twist gently.
  5. Place twists in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until puffed, golden, and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley or Italian seasoning if desired. Serve warm.
