Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) and line the basket with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in the egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and shredded cheese until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and twist gently.
- Place twists in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until puffed, golden, and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley or Italian seasoning if desired. Serve warm.
