Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C) and line the basket with parchment paper.
- Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with shredded mozzarella until a thick, cheesy batter forms.
- Spoon the mixture into 8 even stick shapes on the parchment, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy plain or with marinara sauce for dipping.
