Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C). Line the basket with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the parchment, spacing them apart. Flatten each portion thinly with the back of a spoon.
- Lightly drizzle or brush olive oil over the tops.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Let chips cool for 3–5 minutes to fully crisp before removing. Serve immediately or store once cooled.
