Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C). Line the basket with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the parchment, spacing them apart. Flatten each portion thinly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Lightly drizzle or brush olive oil over the tops.
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let chips cool for 3–5 minutes to fully crisp before removing. Serve immediately or store once cooled.
