Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Add the cooked beef to a slow cooker along with Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for about 1½ hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Stir the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce just before serving. Add pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
