Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add the cooked beef to a slow cooker along with Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 1½ hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  5. Stir the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce just before serving. Add pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
