Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an air fryer-safe dish.
  2. Place uncooked chicken breasts in the dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, then sprinkle bacon bits evenly over the top.
  6. Air fry for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
