Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly all the way to the edges to help anchor the tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken and diced vegetables evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and lightly spray the edges with olive oil if desired.
- Carefully place the tortilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–7 minutes, checking after 5 minutes.
- Remove once edges are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 1 minute before slicing into quarters or triangles.
