Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten each biscuit slightly into a round circle.
- Place about 1–2 tablespoons of blueberry pie filling in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
- Brush each dough ball with melted butter.
- Roll the buttered dough balls in sugar (or cinnamon sugar if using).
- Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 7–8 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving—the filling will be hot.
