Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (165°C) and line the basket with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough evenly into four bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to create pink, blue, purple, and yellow dough.
- Scoop small portions from each color and gently press them together to form a marbled tie-dye dough ball. Avoid overmixing to keep the colors distinct.
- Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to rest for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
