Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and water until smooth.
- Transfer the cooked chicken into an air fryer-safe dish and pour the gravy mixture over the top, coating evenly.
- Return the dish to the air fryer and cook at 360°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes, stirring once, until the gravy thickens.
- Optional: Shred the chicken in the sauce during the last few minutes for a richer, stew-like texture.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
