Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and water until smooth.
  5. Transfer the cooked chicken into an air fryer-safe dish and pour the gravy mixture over the top, coating evenly.
  6. Return the dish to the air fryer and cook at 360°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes, stirring once, until the gravy thickens.
  7. Optional: Shred the chicken in the sauce during the last few minutes for a richer, stew-like texture.
  8. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
