Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat and divide the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese evenly among them.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, placing them seam-side down.
  7. Return wraps to the air fryer and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden, crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately while hot and melty.
