Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay the tortillas flat and divide the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese evenly among them.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, placing them seam-side down.
- Return wraps to the air fryer and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden, crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve immediately while hot and melty.
