Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) and lightly grease silicone muffin molds or small ramekins.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, and optional vegetables. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop the mixture into the molds, filling each about halfway.
- Press a small indent into the center of each and add a spoonful of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Top with more meat mixture and gently press to seal the cheese inside.
- Place the molds in the air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before removing to help them hold their shape.
- Serve warm with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
