Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) and lightly grease silicone muffin molds or small ramekins.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, and optional vegetables. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into the molds, filling each about halfway.
  4. Press a small indent into the center of each and add a spoonful of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with more meat mixture and gently press to seal the cheese inside.
  6. Place the molds in the air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before removing to help them hold their shape.
  8. Serve warm with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
