Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Brush cabbage slices lightly with olive oil and place them in the air fryer. Cook for 5–6 minutes to soften slightly.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form small patties sized to fit on top of each cabbage slice.
- Place beef patties on top of the cabbage slices.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes until the beef is cooked through.
- Top each with shredded cheese and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
