Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, protein powder (if using), honey, and vanilla extract. Blend again until thick and creamy.
  3. Line a small tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
  5. Cut into bar shapes.
  6. Dip each bar into melted chocolate until fully coated.
  7. Place back on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
  8. Store in the fridge or freezer and serve chilled.
