Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Season beef chunks lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned.
- Transfer beef to an air fryer-safe dish or foil pan.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix over the beef.
- Add butter slices, beef broth, and pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover loosely with foil and return to the air fryer.
- Cook for another 10 minutes until tender and juicy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
