Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apple evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into greased ramekins or an air fryer-safe dish.
  6. Place in the air fryer and cook for 13–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with extra cinnamon or a drizzle of honey.
