Instructions
- Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend again until the mixture is creamy and mousse-like.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer to serving bowls or glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and serve.
