Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend again until the mixture is creamy and mousse-like.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Transfer to serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for best texture.
  7. Top with whipped cream if desired and serve.
