Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine the Minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts over the rice mixture in an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Dot the top of the chicken with small pieces of butter for added flavor and moisture.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it sit for a few minutes, then serve hot.
