Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine the Minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one can of water. Stir until well mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts over the rice mixture in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Dot the top of the chicken with small pieces of butter for added flavor and moisture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
- Remove from the oven, let it sit for a few minutes, then serve hot.
