Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
- Cook your sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain the excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese into the pancake batter.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the batter evenly into each slot.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later.
