Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add the red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  6. Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the pan. Add the cooked noodles.
  7. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the noodle mixture and toss to combine well.
  8. Allow the mixture to heat through for another 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
