Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce over each lasagna noodle. Place 3-4 shrimp on top of the sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll up each lasagna noodle tightly and place seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
