Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and flatten each into a disc.
- Place a cube of cheese in the center of each disc, then fold the meat around the cheese to form a ball. Place each ball into the muffin tin.
- Brush the tops with barbecue sauce and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
