Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and flatten each into a disc.
  4. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each disc, then fold the meat around the cheese to form a ball. Place each ball into the muffin tin.
  5. Brush the tops with barbecue sauce and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
