- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
- In a greased baking dish, arrange the potato slices around the meatballs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle paprika evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the potatoes become slightly tender.
- Remove the dish from the oven and pour the cooking cream over the meatballs and potatoes.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
