Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the pancetta or bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and double cream. Season with salt and pepper.
