Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, self-raising flour, chopped onion, bacon, and grated cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the zucchini mixture and stir until everything is well mixed.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper for easier removal and to prevent sticking.
