Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, self-raising flour, chopped onion, bacon, and grated cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the zucchini mixture and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Line the air fryer basket with baking paper for easier removal and to prevent sticking.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared basket, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Air fry for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
