Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the tortilla quarters on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
