Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Spoon the mixture evenly into the molds, pressing down slightly to form a compact base.
- Top each with a pepperoni slice and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
- Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
