- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and another with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each cottage cheese stick in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally roll in the bread crumb mixture until fully covered.
