- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the drained cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a few inches between each one.
- Flatten the cheese mounds slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
