Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the panko mixture, pressing to adhere well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, turn the cutlets, and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
