Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion powder, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked broccoli, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chicken broth. Let it simmer, stirring occasionally until it slightly thickens.
