Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
