- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture equally into the bottom of each jar to form the crust layer and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar.
- Add a layer of fresh blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layering of cream cheese and blueberries until jars are nearly full, finishing with a layer of blueberry preserves on top.
- Garnish with additional fresh blueberries and mint leaves if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set the layers.
