Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each sheet of puff pastry into rectangles (about 3×2 inches). Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the baked puff pastries in half horizontally.
- Spread a layer of sliced strawberries on the bottom half of each pastry.
- Pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Place the top half of the pastry over the cream and gently press down.
- Dust the tops with additional powdered sugar before serving.

- Ensure your puff pastries are completely cool before adding the cream to prevent it from melting.
- For extra flavor, you can add a light drizzle of chocolate over the top.
- Use a piping bag for the whipped cream for a more elegant presentation.
