Instructions
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the corner closest to you over the ham and cheese. Then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
