  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding the flour mixture and sour cream to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the flour, until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits into your air fryer. Layer with cream cheese mixture, then top with the remaining batter.
  9. Carefully place the pan into the air fryer basket.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.

Chef’s Tips

  • Ensure that your loaf pan fits into your air fryer before starting.
  • Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature for easy mixing.
  • If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw them before adding to the batter to prevent color bleeding.
